I was absolutely floored by the rudeness at the front desk, and the loud door slamming at 6:30 am was simply delightful. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles. But, surprise, surprise, none was available. It woudl ve been nice if they cared at all. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
